About Me

I'm Rohan Kochhar,

My work primarily involves research, grassroots field assessments, impact evaluation and dispensing evidence based policy advice to the government and private sector.
I hold an MPA in Public Administration and Management from University College London (UCL) and a B.A. (H) Economics from Delhi University. During my time at UCL, I received an unconditional offer to pursue a PhD in Political Science under the tutelage of the Director, School of Public Policy and Head of Department, Political Science, University College London. I was UCL's official nominee for the inaugural cohort of UNLEASH - A Global Innovation Lab for SDGs in Copenhagen funded by Carlsberg Foundation.
I have also received training in Advanced Research Methods for Social Science at the Department of Political Science and International Relations (DPIR), University of Oxford during which time, I was a resident of Brasenose College. I have co-authored ‘India 2030: A Socio-Economic Paradigm’, in addition to contributing several chapters in academic books of international repute.
Prior to SKOCH, I was a Consultant with APCO Worldwide in their Public Policy practice in New Delhi and have formerly held research positions under Mr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Mr. U K Sinha and Mr. Jayant Sinha.
